I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ByteDance in Jan 2022
Interview
It was not professional, the recruiter didn't speak English AT ALL. The hiring manager didn't like the fact I applied for a role teaching the CEO English before. They kept it really secretive if they were letting me teach online or offline. They refused to tell if the program would be for top excu. or normal employees or if they will build an app for the world.
