I had one HR screen + 3 total rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and team. 45 mins each, they are polite and friendly and I received feedback on each interview within one business day or less. Unfortunately after the final stage, where I was told they were most likely going to proceed with hiring me, they then proceeded to ghost me for the next two weeks. I haven't heard back yet.
