Interview
HR screening clear and then 2 technical rounds.
I never had such dull and one way interview in my 12 years of career. There was a masside disintrust shown to me by the interviewer because I belong to a different ethnicity. Image you are on a call and the interviewer avoids introductions. I seriously question their hiring habbits based on existing panel. There was a huge not small huge linguistic differences.
Despite the communication hurdles, I made every effort to provide clear and concise responses to the questions asked.
