I met with two engineers first and had technical interview - then I had a system design with the hiring manager. The interview questions on first two interviews were very basic and probably categorize easy or at most medium on leetcode. the system design was very open. I think I got rejected because there was no cultural fit which i felt the same also during the process...

I don't know why they decided to have an interview with me, on that they don't ever see my experience and skills. They only ask some general questions and general LeetCode problems. Then failed. It's a totally time-wasting process
