Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. Explained in details on the role and responsibilities. Encourage to share opinions and also emphasize on employee empowerment. Was a very light interview and there was no pressure and the interviewer's behavior help calm me down as I was quite nervous.

There was a code screening at first prior to any of the true interviews. Afterwards, I had a behavioral interview with one of the hiring managers and was asked a number of questions.

Interview
The interview was very smooth. The interviewer was very friendly. Overall interview not too hard.
Interview process: HR phone screening, manager 1 interview, manager 2 interview. (All virtual)
Received offer within 1-2 weeks, HR comms was timely as well.

Will test you on your Chinese Mandarin skills, and they have many rounds and ask both behavioural and technical questions. so advice would be to make sure you are familiar with job description yea.
