I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brocade (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Slow, have lost highly skilled candidates due to slow response. Three to four week process and this was considered fast by many. I was an internally referenced hire by a top sales performance team.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brocade (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I saw the posting on LinkedIn and applied on the company's website. A phone screen from Brocade's HR, followed by an in-house interview by the hiring manager within a few days. The hiring manager was very pleasant and explained clearly his expectations. The HR was very professional and provided honest feedback with courtesy from hiring manager two days after the on-site interview. Although I did not get the job, I had no hard feelings at all. Absolute great interview experience with Brocade.
