The interview process was a 30 min interview with the hiring manager and then a 4 hour onsite interview. It was a good experience overall. This position was non technical despite the title of hardware engineer so they asked a lot of behavioral questions and scenario based questions and some questions about my background. I didn't hear anything afterwards.

Question 1
Do you understand what the scope of this role is
What would you do in the scenario that you need a certain material within a week but the lead time is 10 days
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Broadcom (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2025
Interview
4 Steps in total: Sales Enablement screening, Business Case, VP Screen and Senior Management Lead screen.
What made me happy, that they had a clear expectation set from the beginning. No sweet talking, just a very genuineness interview.
Business Case was the hardest in the end due to product complexity + PoCs were very difficult

Interview
Heard back from a recruiter after a few weeks this was when they were VMware . Did an interview that was a slide show and then didn’t hear anything from the team for maybe a month or so, and then randomly got offered a job from one of the managers but at that time I was no longer looking. Interview was with 3-4 other managers as well.
