Interview
Straight forward. Basic initial phone screen, followed by onsite interview mostly coding exercises. The exercises ranged from simple standalone problems to more complex exercises that implemented certain embedded software functionalities.

4 rounds. 2 had technical questions. great people great team. before the broadcom merger. whole process took about 2 months. was able to negotiate a small sign on bonus. dealt with recruiter for negotiation.

Temperature info for crops collected from a field of sensors. Use case is climate control for crops. Figure out how to PM your way into a product for this use case.
Introductory call. Short interview discussing previous work and an overview of Broadcom’s offerings and needs. Did not proceed with further interviews due to in-office requirements. Positive experience, would interview again.
