Interview
A phone interview basically talked about your background on your resume and some simple technical questions. Then an on-site interview followed one week later. And no tricky questions were asked. For this position, only basic digital and analog circuit will be asked and simple programming questions, but it requires some lab skills. Broadcom hiring process is very formal and HRs are helpful. They will inquire you and answer your questions with email.

Interview
I applied online and got an telephone interview. It's a DFT position. The interview lasts about half an hour. They asked some basic hardware interview questions like setup time and hold time, they also asked some algorithm questions(basic ones, listed below), and of course they asked me about my resume.

Interview
I applied online. First round was an unannounced phone half-hour phone interview. Basic questions on SW and embedded systems. Questions included Java basics, hardware and software interrupts and how to handle them, a few behavioral questions.
2 weeks later, I was contacted by HR and scheduled an on-site interview. The on-site interview included half-hour 1:1 interviews with 4 engineers on the team. Most of them asked questions on my skills and projects mentioned on my resume.
They were friendly, described the position and what I would be doing. They were glad to answers any questions that I had regrading the team and the position.
