I applied online. I interviewed at Brainlab (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
I actually interviewed for this position in two different locations (got the second position) and the interview process was slightly different.
In both cases, I first interviewed with the Regional Support Manager (who also acts as the hiring manager). Provided they approve of you as a candidate they will then refer you for an interview with at least one additional employee, that being your region's Senior Application Consultant. In one case I was also asked to interview with the region's Area Account Manager. All of the aforementioned interviews occurred over the phone, perhaps due to the Coronavirus pandemic and perhaps not.
Provided that you meet their expectations the final step would appear to be a video-call interview (in my case the medium was Microsoft Teams) once again with the Regional Support Manager.
If all goes well and depending on how far into the hiring process they've gone, you may have to wait for some time until the relevant hospital signs and returns the paperwork necessary for the confirmation of the position. Once that is complete you will receive an offer letter and other necessary documentation.
My advice?
Technical knowledge can always be obtained as long as you have the education and background necessary to acquire it in a reasonable amount of time. More importantly, I would argue, are your soft skills. Communication and personability appear to be key factors in this particular position so, if you want to stand out, emphasize these attributes during your interviews.

Pretty quick. Phone screen to offer in 1 month. HR video interview, 2 30min phone calls and a panel. Everyone was easy to talk to and the interview was conversational. It’s good to know what their products are.

Question 1
What is Image Guided Surgery and how does it work.
First, I had an initial phone screening with the person that would actually oversee the position then an in-person interview. I was given a list of topics to read up on to prep for the in-person interview based on the position.

Question 1
They asked me to do a mock-scenario of how I would react to specific questions in the field.
Had a preliminary call with a recruiter to explain the position, and a formal interview with two employees at a conveniently located hotel. Questions were standard, the job was described as variable week to week.
