I applied online. I interviewed at Brainlab (Miami, FL)
Interview
Interviewed with 2 currently employees in the Florida area. No difficult questions at all. Its almost that they dont want to know anything about you or your background (mind you ,I have a Doctorate degree) so I do have a lot of content to talk about my background. After 2 interview, 3rd interviewier ghosted me for 10 ,even after asking for a calendar day time for last meeting. Turns out they decided to hire an internal employee. This shows how disorganized and desperate they are. If you have a position available, offer to the company FIRST, prior to waist candidates time. Not only time researching about the company products, but the overal position.
Also, they had absolutely no clue about the position itself. I asked simple questions about how many hours a week and never got a clear answer.
I am honestly surprised because I dont think the office in Munich would treat a candidate so shady like they did in South Florida.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Whats the difference beetwen an optical and Eletromagnetic surgical system.
Pretty quick. Phone screen to offer in 1 month. HR video interview, 2 30min phone calls and a panel. Everyone was easy to talk to and the interview was conversational. It’s good to know what their products are.

Question 1
What is Image Guided Surgery and how does it work.
First, I had an initial phone screening with the person that would actually oversee the position then an in-person interview. I was given a list of topics to read up on to prep for the in-person interview based on the position.

Question 1
They asked me to do a mock-scenario of how I would react to specific questions in the field.
Had a preliminary call with a recruiter to explain the position, and a formal interview with two employees at a conveniently located hotel. Questions were standard, the job was described as variable week to week.
