First round. Interview went pretty well, all questions was reasonable and adequate (i.e. no strange questions like "where you see yourself in 5 years"). Basically on first round the want to know you as a person, and you should be able to talk about yourself or answer specific questions not too short, not too long.

Question 1
How much do you know about algorithms and data structures, API's, system design?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied directly. I took an online Hackerrank test which was fair. After that, I had an interview with a recruiter. After that one, I had a one hour interview with two very lovely engineers. they asked me a programming question and wanted me to solve it and talk about it. After that, I had a system design interview with two lovely engineers as well. Final step was cultural fit with a manager. Very important step and he insisted on knowing technologies I used, the way I am currently working in terms of Agile and other details from my CV. Interviews ended and They took around one month. it was very tiresome. The last interviewer told me I should get a response within five days. It has been 14 days and no answer to any of my emails from the recruiter. Over all, time consuming as well and in the end you don't get a response in time or anything.

It was an interesting process. Had to wait to be called my turn. When I went for the interview, it started. That is why it is the way to go for the mesh.
