It was the first interview on the phone around 10 min. The recruiter asked me some general interview questions and told me the next step would be competency based interview questions if I could pass the first one.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself What do you know about Booking.com Why do you think you are suitable for this position
I interviewed at Booking.com (Manchester, England)
Interview
Quite easy, basic questions. With a little preparation and right attitude you'll get through it. If you ask chat gpt to give you basic questions you will know enough, to pass the job interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com (Manchester, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
First language test then video scenarios. If you pass these then quick phone interview and then Zoom interview with one of the managers and someone taking notes. Zoom Interview is very lengthy about 1 hour and you need to be a great storyteller to get anywhere. My advice would be, it is not worth the effort for just another call center role, they do not even have the courtesy to respond to your email when requested any update and feedback after a week.

It was a short conversation. She asked some technical questions and about my previous work.
