I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in May 2022
Interview
I found the interview process at Booking.com clear up-front and very open. There was always room for questions and the recruiter was very approachable. My process consisted of 4 rounds, well rounds is maybe a a big word. Round 1 was a short conversation of around 30 minutes with the recruiter going through various questions from both sides, so very open. Round 2 was an interview with the hiring manager and a team member. A lot of questions regarding stakeholder management and working culture. The 3rd interview was a case which I presented to subject matter experts, who are stakeholders for the team but not working in the team itself. The 4th round was more of a team-fit meeting including lunch and quite informal. To be honest this was one of the most enjoyable recruitment processes I have been through. It was structured, always a dialogue and I felt that all my questions were answered without any hassle.
