It's difficult to get through the first few video screening questions unless you have quite a good knowledge of finance OR know someone who works there.
I knew someone who worked in Sales and they knew the exact questions that would be asked. Some of the interview reviews on Glassdoor include the general personality questions, but not the more technical ones.
