Had a phone interview with HR was pretty easy. Got through to next round which is 3 video conference. Said they tend to over hire so don't feel like your competing - if they like everyone they'll hire everyone. Still in the process

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
