Competency based interview questions; quite a relaxed style of interview primarily based on past experiences and situations in a working environment to establish whether you are experienced/suitable for the role. Interviewer advised that the questions are selected at random from a pool of possible questions and scenarios, there was no pressure to answer on the spot and allowed time for you to answer appropriately and elaborate.
