I had a great experience during the hiring process First step after applying online was a phone interview, the requirements were met and the interview went well over the phone; for the second step HR contacted me via Email and was offered a panel interview in Southfield, MI. The company did cover the cost of travel, flight, hotel and rental car, at the panel interview the members of HR are very friendly and professional, they did ask many questions regarding the position that I had applied for, and also had enough time to make my own questions, third and final step was to interview with the hiring manager and went over the details about the position , very honest and did provide enough information as well some insight about their experience working for BASF. the information and experience gathered from all this steps made my decision very easy, I can't wait to be part of the chemistry that all their employees share.
