Interview
My interview pannel had 3 people. The HR of zone, Asia Sales manager and southern Zone sales manager. When i met them in the pannel, they were scanning my resume and got clues that My previous experience was in sales, but of real estate market. With a civil engineering background and a marketing experience, they asked me about how i would combine that to help them out in Construction chemicals division.
They were testing how creative i was in my previous job, because BASF believed that role needs some wits to tackle. It went for 20 mins and they came to know me well. In a couple of hours I was in.
