Some technical questions were asked. The interviews are usually done on site. The was interview conducted as a panel. Follows the typical BASF interview process.

How would you troubleshoot a malfunction temperature indicator
The questions that were asked were convoluted and the interviews seemed to be reading off of a paper. To me it looked like they were told exactly what questions to ask. Very strange.

Interview
There was a resume drop-off where applicants were screened and a call back for further interviewing. A one-on-one between current employees and applicants where a series of question were asked and evaluated.
