Interview
apply online firstly, then I was invited for a onsite interview day. It starts from 9:30 am and finished at 4:00 pm. I have met 8 people totally including one big manager and several group leaders and two people have work there for only 3 years. During lunch, you are also interviewed by people eating with you.

Question 1
what is the difference between the research in the lab and company?
Said I wasn’t qualified for an entry level position when I had more years than required. They where slow to get back to me and would say I’d be a fit for a lower level.
Offline tests (approximately 1 hour)
Telephone interview (approximately 20 minutes)
In-person interview (approximately 6 hours)
The position wasn’t a perfect fit for me, so I didn’t receive an offer. However, everyone was very professional, and I really liked the organization.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews, first interview was easy with some of general question related to Human resources.
The second round was more difficult. There are 5 people in the room with a lot of brain burning questions. They requires much experiences and knowledge on that field.
