Ascension interview questions

I only had a phone interview with talent team. Was told my resume would be sent to hiring manager next and received an email about not moving forward about a week later.

Very relaxed and flexible interview process. They had scheduled me for an in person interview on site but the direct manager reached out to chat with me beforehand about the position and any questions. We ended up canceling the formal/in-person interview as I was offered the position directly after.
