A 15 minute talk with a team leader and a recruiter. Felt very unprofessional and the team leader did not seem very used to holding interviews.

Call with Recruitment Agency, Preparation Interview with Recruitment Agency, Video Call with Arvato HR and TL, 1 hour later I received the job offer. Really Quick process. Higher Salary then at Accenture, for the same position.
