Applied Materials interview questions

The first interview was pretty easy - mostly technical and pretty easy - low-level algorithms like binary search and parsing. It was also followed by OOP questions - pretty basic as well. Second interview focused mainly on more advanced OOP design principles.

The selection process had following rounds: 1. Online Tests - aptitude and programming 2. Group discussion on a topic - groups of 4-5 given topic we need to debate agree or disagree 3. 2-3 rounds of interviews 1 on 1 for 20-30min each The process take around 6 hours. where the interviews check for technical knowledge and communication skills and ability to solve problems at hand.
