1 Technical and 1 HR interview was conducted. Qualification required was PhD. Hands on experience in clean room and process tools is a plus. Technical interview revolved around the basic concepts about lithography, SEM imaging and cAFM for me and few questions about my PhD thesis work. Questions will be ask on what your resume has that is related to semiconductors devices and process/tools. HR question were regular questions. No bid deal.
