They conducted a dynamic collective interview. They inquired about all the usual aspects, and it was more of a casual discussion where we shared details about ourselves. The key point was their focus on our interests and aspirations. They were particularly keen on our passion, drive, and whether we maintained a positive perspective on life. The ability to engage in confident and comfortable conversations appeared to be crucial. It appears that they prioritize customer service at the forefront of their requirements.

The interview process was very unorganized. The recruiter said she would call in the next two days. I Sent a thank you email and finally got a reply 3 weeks later asking for another interview. Why let someone wait 3 weeks before responding to a interview. This is not the first time i have heard this recruiter do this process.

Interview
One phone call interview with the recruiter. They asked about my management style, behavior based questions, and gave time for my questions.
The interview was conversational.
I did disclose a disability and asked for interview accommodations. The recruiter didn’t seem to welcome accommodations or create reassurance that my needs would be met.
I received a let down after asking for ADA accommodations (which could be unrelated).
The recruiter did say it was a four step interview process.
