The interview was great and the interviewer was very friendly . Would highly recommend. They responded with their decision quickly and gave me a lot of constructive feedback that helped me later on.
Nothing too crazy. Worked exactly as I expected it to be honest. There were puzzles and basic programming questions to answer like all tech interviews these days. I wish that they had taken more time to prep us before the interview process began to know what to expect walking into it.

Interview
Interview in 2020 for London, I had one phone call interview that was competency based, then followed by an online coding interview and finally a final round consisting of 5 interviews. One of which asked logic questions and riddles, the others a mixture of design and coding.
The interaction wasn't great with one of the coding interviewers who put me on edge who keep criticising the approach. He also had a shadower who wasn't clear in explaining the second problem.
The riddle questions were interesting but frustrating and as I thought these questions were no longer industry standard. I believe there was some miscommunucation with the interviewer as I verified my answer on google afterwards (perhaps he thought I was talking in riddles).
One coding interviewer was excellent, well articulated the question, the interaction was good.
Despite the time and effort to prepare, I had to chase a few times to get the verdict and there was no feedback at the end.
