After a few emails, we set up one online interview going through two technical questions using coderpad. Then did a series of interviews on site with whiteboard coding with various members of the company.
Had a 45-minute call with the hiring manager. Dove straight into technical questions regarding their tech stack and asked a pretty easy leetcode question. Overall, not too bad but questions seemed like they didn't gauge candidate skillsets well.
