I find their process very impersonal. There is no communication whatsoever and no contact with talent team.
They take a very long time to review CVs. You probably might be lucky enough to hear back after 3 months of submitting to get invited to a Hackerank tests or get a rejection email.
Received a recruiting message from recruter on LinkedIn. Pretty standard phone interview followed by onsite algorithms questions. This was more prep for my Google interview so I didn't take it as seriously as I should have, but it was good practice.
Fantastic interview. Incredibly nice people. They asked me questions that required critical thinking and problem solving on the spot. Would definitely recommend applying to anyone with the passion. Overall great experience that will help me with future interviews.
