During the initial phone screening, they ask you basic interview questions as well as behavioral questions. Then you’re asked to go to the store for a group interview with the manager. I don’t know how that goes because they asked to go they day of and after I couldn’t assist due to other obligations I had, they didn’t reschedule the meeting. Something to keep in mind.
