Apple Sales Associate interview questions

There were three separate interview rounds. They asked the same sort of questions each time with emphasis on providing customer service and experience. They were group interviews with a few other candidates. The interview pool would narrow each round.

You will get 3 interviews. 1) Phone interview 2) zoom interview 3) store interview. And they are all about who you are as a person, not if you know a lot about the company because they will teach you all about it
