It was a series of blasted questions - it felt like an interrogation. It became very clear, ver quickly, that the woman had no intention of hiring me which begs the question - why was she speaking to me at all? She was borderline rude. And no - I'm not a super-sensitive, hold my hand, job applicant. This person had no nuance

Can you name the 5 pillars of project management - and she wanted the exactly wording - and then the acronym. It didn't matter that I spoke to all of it - the acronym was essential which is just silly.

Interview
The interview experience is a hit-or-miss depending on the recruiter, although the process is standard (phone screen, interview with Hiring Manager, interviews with team members). On separate occasions, I worked with two recruiters for similar positions on different teams -- one ghosted me completely, the other was very responsive.
