Standard phone screen with recruiter then moved to in-depth interview with hiring manager and team. Overall, the conversation was looking for examples and frameworks not explicitly stated on resume that were relevant to the job. There was a communication disconnect between the hiring manager and the recruiter on the travel expectations for the role. Ultimately, I rescinded my application due to culture fit and travel requirements.
