I applied on the Amex career website, right after they sent an assessment to complete. Once the assesment was complete they called me in about three days not including the weekend. First call was to set up phone interview, right after phone interview extended off to come in for a 1:1 interview. The interviewer was really nice she told me more about the position, what type of benefits the company offers, then she went into asking questions about my resume. Then went right into behavioral and tell me about a time type questions. Not a bad interview, I thought I did well but I guess not good enough. Two days later I got the denial email "we have decided to pursue other candidates who more closely match the required skills and qualifications" My friend applied for the same position and she got the job offer on the spot and she was there for an hour and I was only there for about 30mins. So if they tell you "we will let you know in 72 hours" thats code for you did not get the job! If you have more than 2yrs of customer service skills you will get the job most likely.
