There was no interview. At all. That’s the point. They need people due to high turnover. They hire you on the spot. You show up for a 10 hour orientation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Portland, OR) in Jun 2018
Interview
There was an online application process and then a meeting for orientation. Basically they lay out the job title options, hours available, ask you to submit to a drug test, and wait for a start date.
The process was fairly easy and the interview went great; however, I did not get the position. I am hoping for better luck the next time that I interview with them.
