Amazon Training Manager interview questions

The interview was very technical. They use the star method. My interviewer spent 10 minutes talking about himself and his positions. They were looking more for personality characteristics rather than previous experience in the workplace. A lot of questions around “what would you do if”.

Super thorough, but polite and interesting. You have to learn well the leadership principles and have examples handy. Be concise, precise and read the company's website for tips and best practices
