Work- life balance is extremely bad. People follow leadership principles every now and then which eventually maximise work load on you and impact work life harmony. First phase, A coding assessment with 2 questions, one was using heaps , other was BFS (Hardest problems are in this phase) Second phase, On - phone interview with a couple of questions about their Leadership principals and a DFS coding question Third phase , The on-site interview 4 interviews back to back each asking questions about LP with the (tell me about a time .. format) and a coding questions coding questions were really easy but the focus is on LPs in this phase
