Tough interview. The first round was a basic tech questions and was pretty easy. Then they had tougher rounds where you had to demonstrate knowledge of coding and there was also a pair programming exercise. Eventually they moved to on-site, which was in Seattle. the on-site consisted of six rounds testing various technical and interpersonal skills. They are looking for a strong programmers who also have a very good handle on architecture, SDLC, and systems design.
I had to put my available time slot on their tool and then few days later I got confirmation about time slot. It took few days to book interview and my availability changed so I was able to reschdual it.
