Amazon Seller Support Associate interview questions

There were four rounds apti,Gd and 2 op rounds,apti is easy but I was knocked out in gd(topic e-comm).They are looking for candidates who have good logical and analytical skills and who can demonstrate effective and professional written and oral communications. A neatly streamlines process, First a basic round of "take me through your resume" in front of all the applicants. This was possibly to check communication and confidence. Post this was a HR 1 on 1. followed by another 1 on 1 with Ops. Post this was Versant and aptitude.
