Amazon Pathways Operations Manager interview questions

Online application, Online assessment with multiple sessions and 3 one-on-one interview with HR and operations team. The Whole process is very efficient and interviewers are all very nice. Recruitment team is very supportive.

Interviewed in Oct 2022. 3 x 45 minutes interviews in 1 day (3 hours). The team was very disorganized and one of my interviews had to be rescheduled which kind of threw me off balance. Interviewers are nice and will make you feel relaxed. Got 2 questions per interview. The last interview was probably the bar raiser cause it was much more intense. I didn't expect too much, and wasn't enthusiastic about the role. All information they give about the interview process is quite helpful. I'd say leave these interviews for MBAs with 6+ years of experience, I don't know why they keep contacting MS students and rejecting them after. You need actual extensive experience to answer their interview questions for this role.
