Question 1
What would you do with this performance chart of deliver personnel?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Tokio) in Mar 2020
Interview
Lengthy and rigorous. 1 phone screen followed by 7 interviews, 3 of which were on the same day. Due to COVID-19 everything was online so at least had more time to prep for the interviews.

Question 1
Situation based question on Amazon leadership principles using examples from my experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2020
Interview
First of all, If you can really tell impressive business stories that you contributed to during the interview I believe you should be fine.
My experience was about 4 weeks in total, 3 45 mins 1 on 1 and final Loop (7 people, 5 back to back). Most of the interviews were not that hard, just tell stories that match the leadership principles, but they needs to be impressive and fit the area of the interviewers' expertise. I've 6.5 year experience and MBA from Top-tier program, but the interview won't target those experience and my career progress. I've felt I only showed 30% of my capabilities even though it was quite a lengthy interview. People who interviewed me were nice and friendly, but sometimes I felt they don't really have much passion and sort of lack of deep understanding of what they are doing.
