Amazon's hiring, at least in my experience, was a very well oiled machine. I went out into the market in April/May and not all the big companies were as pleasant to interact with. The process was really good, and efficient – I got answers and decisions quickly. The interviewers helped improve on my solution and were constructive in their feedback.
