It was quite simple. It consisted of an online assessment covering two coding questions primarily. Then, an online interview was conducted to judge based on leadership principles followed by the hiring outcome.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview was good. The interviewer goes deeper and deeper the more you mention the tech you used. For example, if you talked about using transformers, he would go deeper into how they work, the types of transformers, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first part is about your projects and they doo deeper and deeper with a touch of ML breadth when you mention something in ML.
One coding question on my phone screen was about the side view of a binary tree
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Edinburgh, Schottland)
Interview
6-7 in house interviews. Quite easy, but coding was hard for me. More behavioural questions and less technical. They want to see business side of tech as well, so make sure, you know it before going to the interview.
