Amazon Software Development Engineer (SDE1) interview questions

First round was screening then my resume got shortlisted and i get a call for OA from amazon, in oa there are 2 coding problems medium level Leetcode, and then there is amazon leadership principle test. My test was gone very good, solved both coding problems with all test cases passed but after two days i got mail that i didn't shortlisted for next steps, i don't know why they didn't gave any reason for this

Leetcode- work on problem solving , Leadership skills question, leadership question are situation based 3 rounds of interview, Couldnt clear it. the cool down time for application is 12 months which is long time.
