The process for interns is similar to what you get for full time roles. You first get sent an Online Assessment containing leetcode-like questions that you need to solve. Then if you get a good enough score, a recruiter might get in touch with you to schedule your interviews. When I did them (2025) it was just one for interns, I believe that now are two. The interview is 60 minutes long and is split into parts, one where you need to solve leetcode-like questions (medium difficulty) and the other where you need to answer leadership principles questions, which may look like "tell me about a time where you had a disagreement in a project".
