After applying, I was sent an invitation to take a coding challenge and a second part with some questions that tested problem solving skills. Afterwards, I was sent a second coding challenge with longer and more difficult questions. Then, I was contacted for a interview with a software engineer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2019
Interview
Simple instructions which were sent by email with very clear expectations. I was not blindsided by any parts of the process. Sometimes the online portal for completing the assessment was a little buggy.
Interviewer was nice.Lots of behavior questions. Refer to the Amazon 14 leadership principles is good for preparing. Coding problem is not hard, but lot of corner cases. Good Interview experience.
