1. Tell me about a time when you had handled ambiguity
Started with a recruiter call which was uncharacteristically unhelpful, she explained that there would be a phone screen then on-site if they decided to move forward. She tried to prep me for the phone screen, but ended up telling me about "red flags" that were completely irrelevant.
