Multi staged. Tested not only on coding prowess, but also general day-to-day work, including code reviews, suggestions, work scenarios, and getting used to documentation and frameworks. Overall, a fantastic approach to interviewing.

After the online coding assessment, I got a phone screen. They asked about my technical experience and asked some behavioral questions. I really wasn't ready for these behavioral questions since I have a hard time remembering things when I'm nervous.
two 30 minute calls with different workers. both asked me similar questions about working within teams and situational judgement questions. I was not asked any technical questions pertaining to the role.
