I applied online for a Data Analyst position and received a call to schedule an interview. It was supposed to last 40–45 minutes, but it went on for more than an hour. The first 30 minutes were focused on questions about my experience, followed by a coding round.

Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages. It began with an online assessment focused on soft skills, workplace scenarios, and decision-making abilities.
