A three stage interview. First an initial asking questions relating to leadership principles. Secondly a written piece of 1-2 sides relating to an issue faced and how you dealt with it (again a principle based question). Final stage which was three, one hour long interviews where each interviewer asked 4-6 questions relating to the Amazon leadership principles.

Tell me about a time where you had to support a business decision that you didn’t agree with. How did you deliver that message to your team? How did you respond to fall out?
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
